Is there really only one plan?
Yes. $30 every 30 days gets every feature, with no limit on customers or orders. We never charge a percentage of your sales.
How does the free trial work?
New stores get 7 days free with full access. Uninstall before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Each store gets one trial: reinstalling later gives only the unused trial days.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify. The charge appears on your normal Shopify invoice, in the currency Shopify bills you in.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall WinBack from your Shopify admin (Settings, then Apps). Billing stops right away. Refunds follow Shopify's billing rules.
