Terms of service

These terms apply to WinBack Customer CRM (the "App"), a Shopify app provided byFoysal Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

1. The service

The App reads your Shopify store data through Shopify's official APIs and shows customer groups, Customer Scores, risk of leaving, reports and related tools, and can send customer groups to email services you connect.

2. Subscription and billing

  • One plan: $30 USD every 30 days, with every feature and no limit on customers or orders.
  • New stores get a 7-day free trial. Each store gets one trial in total.
  • Billing runs through the Shopify Billing API and appears on your Shopify invoice. It renews every 30 days until you uninstall.
  • Refunds follow Shopify's terms and are otherwise at our discretion.
  • If we change the price, we will tell you in advance and Shopify will ask you to approve the new charge.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the App for a store you do not own or are not allowed to manage;
  • send marketing to people who have not agreed to receive it, or otherwise break privacy or anti-spam laws;
  • copy, reverse engineer or resell the App;
  • use the App in a way that breaks the law or Shopify's terms.

4. Your data

Your store and customer data stays yours. We use it only to provide the App, as described in ourprivacy policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers' data and for the emails you send.

5. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the App available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, for example during Shopify or hosting outages or maintenance. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

6. Scores are estimates

Customer Scores, groups, risk of leaving and expected spend are estimates based on past orders. They help you decide, but they are not guarantees about what any customer will do.

7. Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending use

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. After uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
